It may happen that the required medication is not in stock at the pharmacy visited and must be ordered.

It can become critical if you need to act quickly, for example with urgent prescriptions or at night or on public holidays, when only on-call pharmacies are available and the required medication may not be in stock at the pharmacy you visit!

We offer this free initiative so that patients and doctors can quickly and easily obtain information about the availability of the medication they need from pharmacies near their locations.

Patients can enter their location, phone number, and the medication they need into the availability request form or have their prescription scanned. They will then receive a text message or a call from nearby pharmacies that have the medication immediately available. Patients can then pick up their medication quickly and easily.

Once the pharmacies have responded to you, please click on this line. You will be redirected to a route planner. Enter the name of the pharmacy you are selecting and choose the appropriate one from the list. The route will then be displayed, along with information about the pharmacy.
